Cheryl Newton was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, North of Los Angeles:
- 1974 her father was a corporate transferee and moved the family to Orange County, CA
- 1976 Cheryl obtained her Real Estate License and began selling Orange County real estate full time at the age of 21
- 1985 Cheryl obtained her Real Estate Broker License
Raised with strong work ethics and values, Cheryl Newton strives to exceed the client’s expectations. Achieving her client’s goal is her top priority.
Her personal experience of moving to Orange County when she was young helped her understand what families go through when being relocated. She entered the real estate market at a young age and understands the importance of real estate investing in Orange County.
